Dr. Segun Patrick Adeoye is a Family Medicine Specialist in Houston, Texas. He graduated with honors in 1998. Having more than 22 years of diverse experiences, especially in FAMILY MEDICINE, Dr. Segun Patrick Adeoye affiliates with many hospitals including Howard Memorial Hospital, Hca Houston Healthcare Kingwood, cooperates with many other doctors and specialists in many medical groups including Nsr Physicians Pa, Hni Medical Services, Hmh Physician Services LLC, Hni Hospital Services Of Texas Inc.

Clinical Director
Uloma Okundaye is the Clinical Director, she is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to practice in both primary care and psychiatry. As a psychiatric NP, she is qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for children, adolescents, and adults. She has training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and across practice settings, from hospitals to outpatient clinics. Uloma Okundaye has been in the healthcare field for over 18 years; with over 10 years working in acute care, treating cardiac and metabolic disorders. She specializes in providing direct care, counseling, and educating patients and families according to established collaborative protocols and their standards of care needs. Uloma Okundaye completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing at the Grand Canyon University, a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, and received her Advance Practice degree from Walden University. Uloma Okundaye is intensely committed to promoting and educating the public about mental health and supports the mission of APNA.
